What is a credit?
Credits pay for new writing, pictures and audio. A medium story of about 900 words is 6 credits. See what things cost.
When do I pay credits?
We set the credits aside when you start, and take them only when you get the result. If a story, picture or audio fails, they come back.
Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits last until your next monthly refill. Credits you buy, and free credits, never expire.
What are Standard, Better and Best?
They're quality levels for pictures and audio. Better pictures keep your characters' faces. Better audio gives each character a voice. Best is the highest quality we have.
What if I run out?
Move to a plan, or to a bigger one. On a plan you can also buy credit packs, and those credits never expire.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Your new plan starts right away. Credits you already paid for stay until they expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime in your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my stories if I cancel?
They stay in your library and you can keep reading them. Downloading them as files needs a plan.
Are my stories private?
Yes. Your stories are private and never visible to other users.
What shows on my bank statement?
Payments go through Whop, our payment provider. The charge shows as a Whop line starting with WHOP*, not as a story site.
